Store and retrieve images of certificates of insurance, endorsements, correspondence, etc. Simple to import documents (in. PDF or .TIFF format) and link them to the appropriate entry in the database
Produce detailed insurance compliance reports
Compare certificates received against applicable insurance requirements. You can easily capture:
- Policy numbers, limits of insurance, effective ‐ expiration dates, producer and insurance company information, and A.M. Best financial strength rating of insurance carriers
- Additional insured and waiver of subrogation
  endorsement requirements
- Coverage requirements (e.g. commercial auto symbols, occurrence/claims made policies, 30 day notice of cancellation, primary & noncontributory wording)
